About photos:
Please send clear, well-lit photos from the front and both sides. Use a timer rather than a selfie if you can—it gives us a more accurate view. Good lighting makes a real difference.

A note on video calls:
We've found that detailed emails with good photos work better than video calls for initial consultations. Video quality can be inconsistent, and it's harder to properly assess what's possible. But once we've reviewed your photos and discussed things by email, we're happy to hop on a call if that would help.
