GUIDELINES FOR REMOTE PLASTIC SURGERY CONSULTATIONS

We believe that an in-person consultation is the best way to thoroughly evaluate a patient's clinical needs. However, we understand that for some individuals who live far away, an email consultation may be a convenient option.

If you would like to request an email consultation, please send us an email at [email protected]. In your email, please include the following information:

- Description of your symptoms or the area(s) you would like to improve
- Your desired outcome or improvements you would like to achieve
- The amount of downtime you have available for any potential procedures
- Any relevant medical conditions or medications you are currently taking

In addition, please attach clear, well-lit frontal and lateral photographs of the area(s) of concern. It's best to use a timer to take the photos rather than a selfie, as this will provide us with the most accurate visual information.

While we do not find video calls to be an optimal method for conducting a comprehensive consultation, a detailed email with supporting photographs will allow us to provide you with an initial assessment and recommendations. We look forward to hearing from you.
